Description

  • Set the venture direction by refining the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for the AEC market.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with mid-market AEC firms and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry partnerships.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Guide product focus on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and SME workflows.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company's cultural foundation and operating standards.
  • Serve as the CEO in a co-creation model with the FutureSight studio team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-fit note as part of the application.
