Description

  • Convert qualified inbound charter inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Guide clients through the charter booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, Slack, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare flight options and pricing based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in a rotational schedule to support client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Track customer interactions and booking activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and close high-value opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotational schedule.
  • Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or high-ticket sales (nice to have).
  • Exposure to private aviation or the travel industry (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms (nice to have).
  • Interest in private aviation and luxury travel (nice to have).
