Description

  • Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed charter deals using company-provided opportunities.
  • Understand client travel needs and recommend tailored private aviation solutions.
  • Build trust with prospects and guide them through the booking process from inquiry to close.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients to maximize conversion rates.
  • Deliver high-touch client service throughout the journey, including post-flight follow-up.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally across Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, document client interactions, and track pipeline progression.
  • Support sales reporting and visibility into opportunities and performance.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to handle time-sensitive client inquiries and charter requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in private aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, high-ticket sales, or relationship-driven client-facing environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth clients.
  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused communication style.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfortable managing client inquiries on a rotating on-call schedule and remaining responsive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Slack, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including Part 135 operations, Avinode or similar charter platforms, cryptocurrency transaction fundamentals, private jet models, cabin configurations, and aircraft range and operational capabilities.
