Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned federal accounts and maintain trusted customer relationships.
  • Own the service renewal book end-to-end, including protecting recurring revenue, identifying upsell opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Generate quotes quickly and accurately to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Process purchase orders and provide proactive order status updates.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through outreach and relationship building.
  • Prospect for net-new business with accounts the field team cannot cover.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate account manager with clear context.
  • Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline with up-to-date opportunities and forecasts.
  • Partner with account managers and sales engineers on active pursuits.
  • Represent Anduril at select trade shows and industry events.
  • Work with production and logistics on order specifics and requested delivery dates to support production planning and reduce lead times.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the federal or defense space, such as inside sales, BDR, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other common business tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write concise emails and hold technical conversations.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action.
  • Comfort working with customers at all levels by phone, email, and video.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for trade shows and occasional customer or partner visits.
  • Experience with federal procurement processes, such as GSA schedules, contract vehicles, and purchase order workflows, preferred.
  • Familiarity with defense or tactical networking and rugged IT solutions, preferred.
  • Existing relationships within DoD or federal integrator channels, preferred.
  • Experience briefing senior executives and customers, preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment, preferred.
