Description

  • Call, email, and message prospects from lead lists and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads by confirming role, need, and budget alignment.
  • Book meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Coordinate calendars, manage time zones, and send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule updates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Log all activities, notes, appointment outcomes, and lead status updates.
  • Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to provide detailed handoffs.
  • Share insights to improve outreach, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Track outreach activity, appointments booked, show rates, and other performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to increase meeting conversion.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly or Chili Piper.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones accurately.
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent and resilient, with comfort handling rejection.
  • Able to handle high daily activity levels.
  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or Apollo.io is preferred.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or Challenger is preferred.
