Description

  • Build and maintain AI-powered web applications and internal tools.
  • Develop autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration systems, and recursive automation pipelines.
  • Integrate LLMs into production applications and business systems.
  • Expand and maintain the internal CRM and AI-powered products.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Integrate systems with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other business platforms.
  • Improve workflow automation and data synchronization.
  • Design graph memory, agent memory, data segmentation, privacy, and security architectures.
  • Debug, optimize, and enhance production systems for reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly implement product ideas and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience building production AI applications and autonomous agent systems.
  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI workflows, and LLM integrations.
  • Strong Python and Node.js development experience; working knowledge of Java.
  • Experience with graph memory, agent memory management, data segmentation, and secure AI architectures.
  • Experience integrating APIs, business platforms, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of modern web application development.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and OpenClaw or equivalent AI engineering frameworks.
  • Strong production prompt engineering experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience delivering sophisticated AI systems in fast-moving startup environments is preferred.
