Description

  • Partner with functional leaders to develop AI adoption strategies and provide guidance on emerging capabilities.
  • Understand functional workflows and bridge domain expertise with AI expertise.
  • Create and own the group’s internal AI adoption roadmap.
  • Define, own, and report on AI adoption KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the broader AI Adoption team on shared knowledge and data foundations.
  • Build AI solutions that address business needs.
  • Rapidly prototype and demonstrate AI applications through demos and proofs of concept.
  • Promote practical, value-focused AI adoption while avoiding unsupported hype.

Requirements

  • Experience rapidly building AI prototypes, proofs of concept, and solutions using external APIs.
  • Proven experience building AI-based systems with orchestration platforms, configuration files, prompt management, content augmentation, and prompt tuning.
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar language and integrating AI tools into existing workflows through APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value through AI.
  • Experience in SaaS environments, preferably within Marketing or another relevant business function.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare industries (preferred).
  • Understanding of marketing operations and standard workflows (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier (preferred).
