Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders across assigned departments and organizational areas.
  • Translate business needs and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
  • Provide daily coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support on employee and associate relations issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business leaders, associates, and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Drive cyclical HR processes and reporting within assigned business areas.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities, including onboarding and integration of new associates.
  • Lead or support projects tied to strategic business priorities and organizational change.
  • Analyze people trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.
  • Support talent development activities such as team leader training, career pathing, talent mapping, and job description development.
  • Guide performance management, disciplinary processes, exit activities, and associate engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience with a national firm or a rapidly growing organization with multiple locations and 1,000+ associates.
  • Master’s degree and/or HR certifications or designations preferred.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and organizational values.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and handle associate relations issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high personal ownership.
  • Ability to apply HR knowledge to resolve business challenges involving policies, systems, laws, and regulations.
  • Highly collaborative and effective across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and change management capability.
  • Experience managing people, processes, and projects in shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems; Workday experience is relevant as the system is being implemented.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $115,000 to $135,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual cash bonus.
