Description

  • Sell PathAI’s AISight Dx digital pathology image management system and algorithm menu to clinical diagnostic laboratories in the US.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including customer segmentation, target identification, lead generation, contract negotiations, security approvals, deal execution, and implementation.
  • Introduce the digital diagnostic product suite to customers and communicate product differentiation in collaboration with marketing.
  • Structure and execute deals from initial outreach and pitch/demo through technical discussions, contracting, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Partner with Inside Sales and senior leadership to generate leads and follow up on inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Use BANT-C and MEDDPICC sales frameworks to progress opportunities and manage the pipeline.
  • Identify sales pipeline risks, develop mitigation plans, and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Represent PathAI at industry conferences and events such as USCAP and Executive War College.
  • Build relationships within the pathologist community and the broader digital pathology ecosystem.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across Algorithm Product, Platform Product, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience selling healthcare SaaS products to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or another commercial role at a venture-backed health tech startup is preferred.
  • Familiarity selling AI solutions into health systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated action-oriented, proactive ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence-powered clinical diagnostics.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, product development, and legal/regulatory partners.
  • Ability to work both broadly and deeply within a territory, creating new opportunities and building multiple champions within each deal.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite and senior management at hospitals and laboratories.
  • Comfort working in a scrappy, fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn, admit failures, and pivot quickly.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Benefits

  • Annual pay range of $141,000 to $216,200.
  • Eligible for on-target commission in qualifying roles.
  • Eligible for annual bonus.
  • Eligible for RSUs and participation in PathAI’s equity plan for certain roles.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
