Description

  • Close at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership per month.
  • Convert a large DeFi lead list into signed agreements through warm introductions and established credibility.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through closing.
  • Negotiate complex Web3 deal structures, including retainer and success-based terms.
  • Build and secure high-level institutional partnerships with businesses and governments.
  • Leverage existing personal relationships to open doors with regional DeFi and institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience deeply embedded in the Asian Web3/DeFi ecosystem.
  • Strong existing relationships with regional DeFi protocols, businesses, or institutional players.
  • Proven track record of closing and supporting B2B deals and partnerships in a tech or crypto context.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 deal structures and how partnerships are typically structured in DeFi.
  • Currently based in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, or China.
  • Prior experience at a DeFi protocol, blockchain infrastructure firm, or Web3 startup is preferred.
  • Ability to operate as a pure hunter focused on outbound partnership generation.
  • Experience using warm introductions and existing network credibility to drive deal conversion.
