Description

  • Own and execute a seamless, structured onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS data.
  • Build and maintain training program records and compliance tracking.
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and Talent to ensure cross-functional execution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
  • Build, document, and standardize policies for scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping.
  • Partner with managers to drive consistent, compliant non-exempt workforce practices.
  • Audit and continuously improve non-exempt processes and controls.
  • Lead the end-to-end employee accommodations process, including ADA and leave-related cases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people, risk, compliance, and workforce topics.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partner or Generalist roles.
  • Deep expertise in global mobility and workforce compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of non-exempt workforce regulations and the ADA accommodations process.
  • Highly proficient in HRIS systems and committed to accurate data management.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling complex employee situations.
  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, embrace ambiguity, and maintain a can-do attitude.
  • Experience scaling HR processes in technical or manufacturing organizations is a strong plus.
