Description

  • Write secure, maintainable, production-ready code that meets internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Enhance existing products, including complex reporting queries, large dataset processing, and Microsoft Graph or third-party API integrations.
  • Design and build scalable APIs that integrate with internal and external services.
  • Contribute across the stack, including backend services and React-based frontend functionality.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Communicate progress through standups and written updates.
  • Apply security best practices to protect customer and internal data.
  • Ensure thorough testing, participate in code reviews, and resolve defects and performance issues.
  • Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge across business units.
  • Own features end to end from design through deployment and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with ownership of production systems.
  • Strong experience building modern full-stack applications across .NET and React with TypeScript.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in scalable distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Docker and Azure DevOps, including source control, CI/CD, and work tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants while maintaining strong code ownership, critical review, and debugging discipline.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a distributed environment and contributing to a shared codebase.
  • Experience with real-time communication patterns such as SignalR or WebSockets is preferred.
  • Strong React experience including Redux, modern CSS techniques, and performance optimization is preferred.
  • Experience building or supporting analytics and reporting platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes in production or staging environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Graph APIs is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary of $150,000-$170,000 based on experience and location.
