Description

  • Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using Node.js and LLM integrations.
  • Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure for AI workloads.
  • Develop APIs that orchestrate AI agents, asynchronous processing, and complex workflows.
  • Build and deliver AI-powered experiences through full-stack applications with React frontends.
  • Own database design and end-to-end system delivery for services serving thousands of users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable, available, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Reduce technical debt and strengthen engineering foundations across the stack.
  • Mentor junior engineers on full-stack and AI best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortems.
  • Operate AI-powered systems in production with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications, especially backend and infrastructure work.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience deploying and operating services at scale for thousands of concurrent users.
  • Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or similar backend languages.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Strong foundation in observability, including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain (preferred).
  • Familiarity with agentic AI patterns such as tool calling, RAG, prompt orchestration, and structured output validation (preferred).
  • Experience with vector databases and semantic search tools such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch (preferred).
  • Experience building modern single-page applications with React, Vue, or similar frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience creating tests early and implementing automated testing strategies (preferred).
