Description

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, SEO, and social platforms.
  • Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize full-funnel marketing performance from awareness through opportunity creation.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, routing, follow-up SLAs, and conversion efficiency.
  • Own campaign planning, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, targeting strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Implement A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, ads, and nurture flows.
  • Analyze funnel performance, campaign attribution, and lead tracking to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of growth marketers and manage external agencies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven success managing lead generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience tracking and managing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience scaling growth marketing programs and teams in high-growth SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools, ABM programs, and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution is preferred.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state at the time of hire for this fully remote role.

  • Competitive base salary of $145,000 - $160,000, based on experience and location.
