Description

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for DeFi lending protocols in the public chain ecosystem.
  • Develop incentive programs and growth playbooks based on lending protocol mechanics and user behavior.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with protocol teams to support joint operations and ecosystem growth initiatives.
  • Drive liquidity bootstrapping and ecosystem incentive programs with external protocol partners.
  • Identify and activate target user segments, including DeFi-native users, institutional players, and whales, to increase borrowing conversion.
  • Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics to continuously optimize growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams on product optimization and feature iterations that support growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3; DeFi protocol operations or growth experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, including over-collateralization, interest rate models, and liquidation mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience using and operating DeFi lending protocols.
  • Proficiency in on-chain data analysis and related tools to track user behavior and protocol performance.
  • Existing relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams, with the ability to build ecosystem partnerships.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to set strategies around core metrics and drive execution.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international protocol teams.
  • Prior operations or BD experience at a major lending protocol is preferred.
  • Experience in public chain ecosystem growth is preferred.
  • Experience designing liquidity incentive programs is preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of smart contracts is preferred.
  • Current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not provided.
