Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic guidance to customers.
  • Prioritize workload and manage multiple accounts effectively across a large portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Orchestrate complex deals and influence stakeholders across customer and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales, ideally across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Operational excellence in CRM systems such as Salesforce and data-driven sales practices.
  • Experience in a software sales environment is preferred.
  • Background in business development or consultative selling is preferred.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states at the time of hire for a fully remote position.

  • Competitive salary of $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and location.
