Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations while delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Prioritize work across multiple accounts and manage a large portfolio effectively.
  • Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Orchestrate complex deals and influence stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B sales, ideally across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational excellence in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data-driven sales practices.
  • Experience in a software sales environment is preferred.
  • Background in business development or consultative selling is preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote with occasional travel for conferences, customer events, and internal team gatherings.
