Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value and revenue.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively across a large portfolio.
  • Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and other internal stakeholders to support customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing software sales or B2B sales across multiple segments, ideally from SMB through Enterprise and Channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational excellence with CRM systems such as Salesforce and data-driven sales practices.
  • Experience in a software sales environment (nice to have).
  • Background in business development or consultative selling (nice to have).
