Description

  • Own the proactive, outbound renewal process from strategy through close across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the renewal lifecycle.
  • Develop renewal strategy aligned to client business objectives and Ensono’s commercial goals.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure a unified approach to each renewal opportunity.
  • Engage clients to understand changing requirements, build long-term relationships, and position value-add services.
  • Orchestrate internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance, solution architects, and service delivery to execute renewals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements in collaboration with finance and legal.
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk by addressing client concerns early.
  • Partner with Advisory & Consulting teams to surface expansion and transformation opportunities aligned to client roadmaps.
  • Drive consistency in contract language and commercial frameworks across the US portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years managing complex, bespoke enterprise renewals in managed services, IT outsourcing, or hosting environments.
  • Mainframe experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts at $10M–$20M+ ACV.
  • Ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.
  • A sales mindset with the ability to position value and move commercial conversations forward.
  • Comfort and confidence in client-facing settings, including executive-level engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing models, margins, and contract terms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills for complex, multi-party relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate sound judgment across competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Mainframe or mainframe-adjacent experience is a strong differentiator.
  • Familiarity with enterprise clients in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and/or government sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Legal acumen and comfort with contract language.
