Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build relationships with executives, practice leads, delivery managers, architects, and customer stakeholders.
  • Advise partners on developing and scaling Parloa services practices, including delivery methods, organizational structure, certifications, and go-to-market motions.
  • Oversee partner-led enterprise AI and customer-experience transformation programs.
  • Monitor implementations, manage delivery risks and escalations, and drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers on strategic opportunities.
  • Align partners with internal Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering teams.
  • Establish governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews.
  • Scale Partner Success programs, playbooks, and operational frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.
  • Experience working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to achieve measurable customer outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and implementation methodologies, including SAFe Agile and waterfall.
  • Experience with project governance and complex enterprise delivery programs.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to lead executive reviews.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partner leaders, customer executives, and technical teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with enterprise AI or customer-experience solutions is preferred.
