Description

  • Translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for different audiences.
  • Create user-facing content such as how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials.
  • Develop and maintain educational resources including videos, demos, and written guides for key user groups.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers.
  • Contribute to campaign execution across email, in-app, and content channels.
  • Monitor user questions and feedback to identify content gaps and inform messaging priorities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related role at a B2B technology company.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Analytical comfort with pulling data, reviewing metrics, and drawing insights from multiple datasets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and independently identifies what needs to happen.
  • Collaborative experience working effectively across functions.
  • Genuine curiosity about technology and comfort learning new platforms quickly, including AI and marketing tools.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the HME/DME or healthcare ordering space is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma or Gamma, platforms like Customer.io or HubSpot, or AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
