Description

  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, data hygiene, declarative builds, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Administer the broader GTM technology stack, including Gong, Gong Engage, Qualified, Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment platforms, Slack-based workflows, and other adopted tools.
  • Translate business problems from stakeholders into well-scoped technical requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across GTM systems using native connectors, APIs, and middleware.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within revenue workflows and evaluate AI-powered features in existing tools.
  • Triage and resolve user requests with clear communication about scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and admin training materials to support team self-sufficiency.
  • Lead tool evaluations and implementations, including requirements scoping, trials, recommendations, and vendor coordination.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and analyses as RevOps priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a sales or revenue operations environment within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience administering and integrating multiple GTM platforms such as Gong, Gong Engage, Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment tools, or Qualified.
  • Ability to think like a business analyst by asking thoughtful questions, defining success criteria, and driving meaningful solutions.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Tray, or MuleSoft.
  • Ability to read API documentation, debug failing integrations, and ship automations end-to-end.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily work and administering or shipping AI features within a GTM stack, such as Agentforce, Gong AI features, AI-powered enrichment, or custom assistants and agents.
  • Strong self-management, accountability, and early risk communication skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ administration or implementation preferred.
  • Production experience with Agentforce or other AI agent frameworks preferred.
  • SQL fluency and comfort working in a modern data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift preferred.
  • Experience supporting GTM teams at a scaling SaaS company preferred.
  • Interest in or experience with the K-12 education sector preferred.
