Description

  • Design and execute long-term strategic account plans for high-value corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders such as CHROs, CLOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Align customer business objectives, learning priorities, and operational challenges with Panopto’s VCMS and LMS solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Lead complex enterprise renewal and expansion negotiations and agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Executive Leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Serve as the internal escalation point for critical customer issues and advocate for fast resolution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on account health, performance metrics, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain market awareness of SaaS trends, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform customer strategy and product feedback.
  • Mentor team members and help establish best practices for account governance and value realization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of retaining, negotiating, and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts in the U.S.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and influencing decisions with C-suite and senior leadership in HR, IT, and L&D.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including building data-backed business cases and analyzing account performance metrics.
  • Superior presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce and customer success analytics tools.
  • Foundational understanding of business, sales, or technology principles and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • Direct experience managing corporate accounts in an LMS or VCMS vendor environment is preferred.
  • Experience navigating complex legal and procurement processes in Fortune 500 environments is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is implied but not explicitly stated.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • Total on-target earnings of $154,000 to $200,000 including commission.
  • Eligibility for commission earnings under the Sales Commissions Plan.
