Description

  • Scale the adoption of Reddit’s lower-funnel ads products across North American Mid-Market advertisers.
  • Develop and manage product adoption programs for advertisers and sales teams in North America.
  • Partner with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on priority product solutions.
  • Work directly with advertisers to activate high-priority opportunities and support their performance goals.
  • Identify vertical-specific insights and turn them into actionable recommendations for Sales, PMM, and Product.
  • Equip sales teams with training, collateral, market insights, and tools to position Reddit’s ad products effectively.
  • Advocate for advertiser needs and surface gaps and opportunities to PMM and Product teams.
  • Build reporting outputs and maintain a consistent reporting cadence for Sales leadership.
  • Use automation tools to track progress toward goals and accelerate outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong background in product adoption, account management, go-to-market strategy, and sales strategy within digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of lower-funnel performance ad solutions, including signals, automation, ads measurement, and optimizations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partner teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a client-centric approach is preferred.
  • Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders, is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $182,000 to $254,800 USD.
