Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations.
  • Develop project plans and timelines and manage execution to deliver work on time and on budget.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams across design, content, marketing, SEO, and PPC to support seamless campaign delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and strengthen service offerings.
  • Liaise with creative, content, and marketing teams to progress delivery across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, front-of-house, account management, or project management roles.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing or the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and client demands.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.
  • 2 years in a marketing agency environment is preferred.
  • Medical aesthetics experience is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or ClickUp is preferred.
  • Must be based in Dubai or the wider UAE region and eligible to invoice as an independent contractor.
  • Must have the right to work in the UAE; no sponsorship is offered.

Benefits

  • Competitive contractor rate of AED 9,000 to AED 13,500 per month, depending on experience and capability.
  • Full-time contractor role with 40 hours per week.
