Description

  • Strategically engage with customers to align their goals with SmartBear solutions and support account retention and growth.
  • Drive software adoption and license utilization by facilitating onboarding and ongoing product use.
  • Identify customer needs and sell or expand additional products within the SmartBear portfolio.
  • Monitor customer product experiences and provide consultation and recommendations to improve outcomes and success.
  • Build and develop enduring customer relationships as a trusted advisor across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through customer success and renewal activities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales, account management, or customer success experience, especially in software, is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to consult with customers remotely or onsite, if needed, at business and technical levels.
  • Ability to accomplish results by working through others.
  • Hands-on, individual contributor mindset and collaborative team-player approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
