Description

  • Prospect and qualify potential property owners who may be interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, networking, and other channels to connect with property owners.
  • Host discovery calls and meetings to understand owner needs, goals, and barriers to participation.
  • Present PadSplit’s value proposition, including revenue potential, simplified management, and social impact.
  • Build trust-based relationships with property owners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Customize hosting solutions using financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new property owners as PadSplit Hosts.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new Hosts.
  • Track outreach, conversion metrics, and other KPIs in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and legislative changes to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Organize webinars or in-person educational sessions to address owner questions and misconceptions.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to overcome objections, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
  • Comfort using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, along with sales enablement and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and live presentations.
  • Ability to analyze market data, calculate ROI, and communicate financial benefits clearly.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, onboarding, and other teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, resourcefulness, and alignment to PadSplit’s core values.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete the I-9 and E-Verify process.

  • Base salary of $60,000 per year with attainable commission structure and annual commission target of $180,000.
