Description

  • Prospect and capture new enterprise business while growing the existing install base.
  • Develop and maintain business plans, forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline reporting.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and recruit new partners in the region.
  • Close large, complex deals across new business, existing accounts, and channel management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain customer, channel partner, and distribution relationships across Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Sell solutions into enterprise networking environments at CXO levels.
  • Articulate the Extreme Networks business value proposition and competitive positioning.
  • Own business development efforts with a mix of hunting, account management, and partner ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven history of developing new prospects and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Solution selling experience in enterprise networking environments at the CXO level.
  • Strong business planning and forecasting experience.
  • Self-starter with high energy who can work with limited direction.
  • Established account base with strong customer, channel partner, and distribution relationships.
  • Strong relationships across channel and distribution channels in Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Relevant industry and competitive knowledge, including the ability to articulate business value propositions.

  • Market-competitive base salary of $100,000-$130,000 USD.
  • Eligible for commission on a 50/50 split.
