Description

  • Develop and implement AI-native growth marketing approaches using AI tools for content creation, audience targeting, and personalization.
  • Own and execute product marketing strategy, including market positioning, go-to-market planning, and product messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product squads and content teams to support market-driven product development and launch strategies.
  • Engage with communities, forums, and influencers to build awareness, trust, and credibility for books and resources.
  • Plan and manage campaigns to secure positive Amazon reviews and ratings from influential professionals and users.
  • Cultivate relationships with experts and influencers to obtain testimonials and authoritative endorsements for marketing use.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to grow the subscriber list, increase engagement, and drive direct sales.
  • Plan and run targeted Amazon discount campaigns to increase visibility, traffic, conversions, and revenue for key titles.
  • Analyze campaign and conversion performance to identify scalable tactics and improve future marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize landing pages and product pages to improve website conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or developer relations marketing, ideally within tech publishing.
  • Proven experience with influencer outreach and acquisition.
  • Experience with Amazon marketing strategies.
  • Experience with community engagement and technical communities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience optimizing email campaigns and onsite conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product management functions and content teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing is preferred.
