Description

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound activities.
  • Build and maintain a strategic account list for target verticals such as AI and e-commerce.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with decision-makers through industry events, alumni networks, WeChat groups, and partner introductions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with service providers such as browsers, cloud services, telecommunications, and data collection companies.
  • Provide local insights on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Manage client communications, schedule regular calls, and tailor sales pitches to prospect needs.
  • Keep CRM records updated with client interactions, preferences, contacts, and issues.
  • Collect customer feedback and coordinate with technical, support, and legal teams to address client requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
  • Eligibility to travel to Europe and Mainland China.
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in understanding the company’s technology.
  • Experience in tech industries such as e-commerce, AI tools, marketing and advertising, travel and hospitality, cybersecurity, or financial services.
  • Experience working with mid-market and corporate-sized companies.
