Description

  • Design and own the end-to-end sales enablement strategy, including frameworks, programs, and roadmap.
  • Build a repeatable onboarding and certification program for customer-facing roles.
  • Develop role-based learning paths and ongoing coaching programs.
  • Establish the enterprise sales methodology across the revenue organization.
  • Create playbooks and training programs for selling AI and agentic automation solutions.
  • Define cross-functional engagement models across the sales cycle and handoff process.
  • Establish best practices for technical demos, proof-of-concepts, security reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with Marketing on competitive positioning, battlecards, and sales content.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to keep sales teams current on product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to identify skill gaps, track enablement metrics, and improve program impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience building or significantly scaling an enablement function in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales organizations selling complex, technical solutions.
  • Experience enabling teams that sell platform, infrastructure, AI, automation, or workflow technology.
  • Deep fluency in enterprise sales motions involving both technical and business buyers.
  • Strong command of sales methodology frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Data-driven approach to program design and ability to measure business impact.
  • Experience supporting or partnering with Solutions Engineering / Sales Engineering teams is a strong plus.
