Description

  • Identify new business and revenue-generating opportunities to build pipeline growth.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage a sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth.
  • Communicate Oversee’s product value clearly and persuasively to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored pitch materials for each client.
  • Manage executive-level relationships and meetings with CEOs and COOs of key partners.
  • Lead negotiations and contracting with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on partner deal support, planning, and analytical insights.
  • Develop and execute partner strategies and business plans against defined metrics and milestones.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or business development role.
  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience generating and managing pipeline in high-growth tech companies, ideally with fewer than 400 employees.
  • Proven record of initiating sales calls, securing meetings, pursuing referrals, and closing opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
  • Background working with internal and external partners, including understanding of procurement and licensing methods.
  • Ability to develop partner strategies and business plans and execute against defined metrics and milestones.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort developing solutions with client and partner teams.
  • Passion for business travel technology and interest in shaping the future of the sector.
