Description

  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and manage post-sales relationships for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute account-specific governance, business review, and stakeholder briefing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate account and client profiles and support timely decisions.
  • Identify blockers to customer success and coordinate solutions with clients and internal teams.
  • Use internal expertise to optimize customer investment, measure solution value, and drive adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including client engagement, commercial coordination, and service continuity.
  • Provide account insight and support to the sales team in driving new sales.
  • Coordinate and lead key client initiatives across Actimize teams.
  • Manage customer satisfaction survey follow-ups and close the feedback loop with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate responses to client assessment, information, and inquiry requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in software services delivery or account management.
  • Project, program, or delivery management experience with a technical background is an added advantage.
  • Japanese language fluency is required.
  • Experience with a SaaS provider or product firm, preferably in the AML/Fraud domain.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt messaging for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a client-facing environment.
