Description

  • Serve as the primary owner of market-level performance, including growth, financial, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and execute market-level strategies and operating plans to support enterprise goals.
  • Work with finance, data, and actuarial partners to monitor utilization and cost trends and identify mitigations.
  • Partner with internal strategy teams to identify unmet consumer needs and support new product planning and rollout.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador for Oscar’s commercial interests with external stakeholders, including state regulators.
  • Partner with Clinical leadership to drive quality performance targets and related initiatives.
  • Partner with the Growth team on membership, retention, and revenue targets and initiatives.
  • Partner with Network leadership on provider contracting and local market operations priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic hospital and provider systems and oversee market transactions.
  • Ensure compliance, including network adequacy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, including P&L responsibility.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • 10+ years of provider-facing experience.
  • Experience with growth-stage enterprises and scaling departments and processes (preferred).
  • An MBA or other professional degree from a top-tier program with a strong track record of excellence (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely from Wisconsin.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and occasionally for team meetings and company events.

  • Base salary of $240,120 to $315,157 per year.
