Description

  • Own the global revenue target and pipeline for the AI Factory (Leviathan) business.
  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, ICPs, coverage model, and territory design.
  • Drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and pipeline management across regions.
  • Build, lead, and coach a global team of Senior Account Executives.
  • Develop first-line leaders and a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
  • Personally lead the largest and most complex global infrastructure deals, including multi-region opportunities worth $50M to $200M+.
  • Guide long-cycle, multi-stakeholder pursuits using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with NeoClouds, data center operators, and enterprise AI buyers.
  • Drive market development across NeoClouds, co-location providers, and infrastructure operators.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Recruiting to support deal execution, delivery, and talent acquisition.
  • Align commercial strategy and product roadmap with customer demand and field feedback.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, accurate reporting, win/loss analysis, and scalable sales processes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, including global sales leadership roles.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing sales teams in complex, technical markets.
  • Experience closing and scaling large strategic deals of $50M+ with sales cycles of 6 to 18+ months.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and senior buyers.
  • Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, data centers, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience selling into or partnering with NeoClouds or infrastructure providers.
  • Strong grasp of commercial constructs such as capacity, GPU economics, and infrastructure pricing models.
  • Experience designing and executing GTM strategies at scale.
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger.
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel globally on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience influencing strategy at the executive level.
  • Ability to align sales, delivery, and deployment teams to support large-scale infrastructure programs.
  • Builder mindset, hands-on leadership style, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
