Description

  • Analyze data to support business teams in making better-informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Translate analysis into clear, concise, and compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of operational and analytical dashboards.
  • Build models and tools that identify inefficiencies and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across the organization to define questions, scope analyses, and monitor initiative impact.
  • Support strategic projects and other business needs as assigned.
  • Present prepared analysis internally and externally when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
  • 1+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights using a structured, systematic approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for business reporting, including experience on at least 2 reporting projects involving technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience with SQL, including filtering, aggregation, and CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry.
  • 1+ years of experience preparing healthcare analytics and reporting (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience managing value-based contracts at a payer or provider organization such as an ACO, CIN, or MSO (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience developing dashboards and using Looker or other BI/data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to healthcare contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, quality of care, and/or population health (preferred).

  • Base salary of $72,036 - $94,575 per year in New Jersey and New York, or $64,832 - $85,092 per year in all other locations.
