Description

  • Assess and qualify business opportunities from internal contract vehicles and external sources to support strategic pipeline development.
  • Mature leads through the qualification process and assist Senior Growth Professionals with capture planning and proposal support.
  • Manage CRM data by tracking pipeline information, monitoring progression, generating reports, and assisting with user training.
  • Research aerospace OEMs, tier suppliers, competitors, manufacturing offerings, and technical engineering services.
  • Develop competitive intelligence profiles covering capabilities, certifications, product portfolios, engineering services, and strategic positioning.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of competitive and market intelligence.
  • Prepare capabilities matrices, past performance materials, and data call responses.
  • Support RFI and market research responses that demonstrate the company’s experience and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, product performance, and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Growth, Delivery, Technical, and Financial teams and support industry conference planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, including FAR, IDIQ, GWACs, MACs, RFP processes, and engineering services procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry structure, including OEMs and tiered supply chains.
  • CRM experience, with Unanet or Deltek preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting GovCon business development, with Shipley training preferred.
  • Certification in business intelligence tools or data analytics platforms preferred.
