Description

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of reconciliations, reporting, cash positioning, and administrative bank processes.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions to replace manual workflows and improve accuracy, timeliness, and controls.
  • Enhance liquidity forecasting and cash management using advanced analytics, automation, AI, and machine learning.
  • Develop innovative cash forecasting approaches that incorporate real-time data and dynamic performance metrics.
  • Partner with external relationship banks, consultants, and advisors to execute treasury operations and strategy.
  • Drive process automation across global treasury operations using RPA, AI, Python, BI tools, and treasury systems.
  • Support country operationalizations, including intercompany loan setup and registrations, e-banking user management, and 1st penny tests.
  • Automate cash position reporting and analysis using business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Collaborate on short-term investment or borrowing decisions based on surplus or deficit projections.
  • Monitor cash-related risks, including fraud risk, and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies, including cloud-based treasury management systems, to improve functionality and integration.
  • Participate in or lead cash management, banking transition, and system implementation projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, procurement, IT, payroll, and payments teams to gather data and assess cash flow impacts.
  • Train and support new team members in the treasury function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, or related roles; prior experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash Management is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity, cash flows, and financial data in a multi-entity environment.
  • Ability to translate financial knowledge into operational execution or automation solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience improving or automating treasury or finance processes using advanced Excel, BI tools, RPA, Python, or similar automation technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, Payments, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • CFA, CTP, FRM, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and global e-banking platforms, including master data maintenance and user access management, is preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior management through data-driven storytelling is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts are preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
