Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and fit with Oscar’s products and services.
  • Identify and qualify distribution partners, including insurance brokers and agencies, to support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent the product at events and conferences, including some evening and weekend appearances as needed.
  • Continuously build sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools and internal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization.
  • 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain the license within the first 90 days.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred).
  • Must reside in North Carolina.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Willingness to work from a home office with frequent client travel.
  • Availability for occasional team meetings and company events, which may require travel.
  • Flexibility to attend some events during evening and/or weekend hours.

  • Base salary of $75,348.00 to $98,894.25 per year.
