Description

  • Represent NiCE Cognigy and generate new ARR by building market awareness.
  • Achieve ARR and ACV booking targets.
  • Close deals through both direct sales and the partner ecosystem.
  • Build, maintain, and advance a qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning through close.
  • Close large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent Cognigy at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Work collaboratively with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders, and sales colleagues to progress opportunities.
  • Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and manage complex deal processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling SaaS or technology solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win.
  • Ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROI.
  • Experience navigating sales cycles with all management levels, especially SVP and C-level executives.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources.
  • Comfort working with a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Experience closing large enterprise deals is preferred.
  • Individual contributor role based remotely in the U.S.
