Description

  • Formulate and execute a go-to-market territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and territory management.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for complex, transformational technology deals.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue and quota targets.
  • Engage decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Contact Center teams.
  • Present compelling business cases to C-level stakeholders using ROI analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC qualification framework to manage deals and forecasting.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, Legal, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with Product and Success teams to bring customer feedback into the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success in SaaS, BPO, e-commerce, or online marketing sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and grow a territory.
  • Strong hunter mentality focused on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Experience with strategic value-based selling, including buyer group identification and complex business case development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of transformational technology and AI applications.
  • Operational excellence in managing long sales cycles, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with the digital transformation landscape in the US, including consumer behaviors and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer-obsessed approach.
