Description

Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems using APIs and middleware.
Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.
Participate in Agile sprints and support QA/UAT testing activities.
Help drive technical best practices across the Salesforce team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scalable architecture and solution delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
Experience with integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or similar.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools such as Gearset and Copado.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or App Builder are preferred.
Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies is preferred.
Good written and spoken English at B2+ level or higher.
Must be located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work there as a citizen, resident, or valid work visa holder.
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
