Description

  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential prospects through inbound lead generation campaigns and outbound go-to-market plays.
  • Engage prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to assess fit and interest.
  • Communicate ORDR’s product value and competitive positioning to prospects in a clear, tailored way.
  • Proactively research target accounts and industries using tools such as 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Gather account and prospect information to personalize outreach and identify pain points.
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations to evaluate needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Regional Sales Directors.
  • Track leads and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing to improve campaigns and messaging.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors to ensure smooth handoff and provide context for follow-up sales engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior SDR/BDR or sales experience.
  • Experience pitching an enterprise-grade SaaS solution to technical decision makers, especially CISOs and CIOs.
  • Experience selling a cybersecurity or networking product to a technical buying audience.
  • Experience working with B2B technology audiences, especially in Security, Networking, and IT.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and present a value proposition effectively.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize outreach across inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to feedback, self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel.
  • Ability to adjust communication style for different personas and situations.
  • Confident in setting goals and KPIs and driving to meet or exceed targets.
