Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers.
  • Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy into key international markets, including Canada and LATAM.
  • Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships.
  • Co-own a book of strategic CTV publishers with Account Management and act as a trusted advisor on monetization, identity, curation, AI, and privacy-first approaches.
  • Source market feedback and competitive intelligence specific to CTV to inform OpenX’s product roadmap and innovation priorities.
  • Support OpenX’s buy-side teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to secure and activate new demand.
  • Represent OpenX at industry events and through thought leadership within the CTV ecosystem.
  • Shape and execute CTV supply strategy in collaboration with the RVP of Publisher Development.
  • Own OpenX’s relationship with assigned CTV publishers and partner with publisher-facing teams such as Account Management and Sales Engineering.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programmatic sales or business development experience within ad tech, streaming platforms, or publisher organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing enterprise-level CTV partnerships.
  • Existing executive relationships across premium CTV and streaming publishers.
  • Deep understanding of the CTV and broader programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and builder-minded.
  • Experience in LATAM and Canada markets (preferred).
  • Spanish speaker (preferred).
  • Direct CTV partnership experience (preferred).
