Description

  • Lead overall management of OpenTable’s most valuable customer segment.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Turn data into actionable insights and share recommendations with restaurants to drive adoption.
  • Work closely with customers to increase engagement and reservation availability on the OpenTable platform.
  • Respond to concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant customers.
  • Inspire customers to rethink their business and improve outcomes for both sides.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team and individual goals.
  • Reduce customer churn.
  • Collaborate across departments to achieve collective results.

Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager.
  • Experience selling solutions and driving long-term value in a consultative role.
  • Deep, firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure while meeting ambitious goals and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, listening, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience training customers remotely.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Success working in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable mindset.
