Description

  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build new relationships with enterprise customers and prospects to drive revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the company’s largest customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers and work to exceed their expectations.
  • Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers and close complex deals.
  • Navigate contracts and agreements efficiently while coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Create tailored sales presentations and proposals for enterprise customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM, product, technical, and operations teams to shape and execute the sales motion.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role focused on identifying and closing large accounts.
  • Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of enterprise prospecting through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Familiarity with the fintech landscape, including key players and trends in payments and financial services (preferred).
  • Experience building GTM strategies, sales teams, or sales motions from scratch or in early-stage growth (preferred).
