Description

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
  • Configure system workflows, reporting, integrations, and data migration processes.
  • Design and implement APIs and flat-file import utilities for client integrations.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support client testing activities and ensure readiness for launch.
  • Provide status updates, documentation, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and align deliverables.
  • Support change management by helping clients prepare teams for new workflows and technology.
  • Track project time and activities, and monitor utilization and budget adherence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or legal operations.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with global clients.
  • Experience configuring APIs and other integrations is a plus.
  • Experience with data migration, including transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration and workflow issues.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise legal management (ELM), spend management, or CLM systems.
