Description

  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to ensure a structured pre-to-post sales handoff and implementation readiness.
  • Define AI search requirements and detailed project plans with Professional Services teams.
  • Own technical engagement management across a portfolio of onboarding services as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead day-to-day execution with Solutions Architects, Business Consultants, and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Global System Integrators on product, service, and delivery strategies.
  • Manage project governance, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, hours/budget, and quality expectations.
  • Communicate project health, progress, risks, and recommendations to customers, internal stakeholders, and executives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and execute contingency plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer when product gaps are identified.
  • Lead structured post-go-live transitions to Customer Success and Technical Account Ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize onboarding processes, tools, and playbooks to improve scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical engagement management experience in an agency or SaaS environment.
  • Experience working closely with Solutions Architects or Engineering across the IT project lifecycle.
  • Experience applying project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Project Management or Agile certification such as PMP, SAFe, or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Smartsheet, MS Office, Jira/Atlassian, Google Suite, Salesforce, Thoughtspot, Asana, Gainsight, or Toggl is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in a second European language, preferably German, is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
