Description

  • Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations that show the value of the Figma Platform.
  • Support the Sales team by answering platform questions and explaining how Figma accelerates digital product delivery.
  • Own customer IT and Security conversations during the deal cycle, including security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and enterprise questions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts by facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams.
  • Create content for customers and internal partners about the Figma platform.
  • Establish success criteria and lead technology presales evaluations.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and other Figmates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
  • Ability to prioritize competing customer demands and balance them against business needs.
  • Front end development or developer lifecycle experience.
  • Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment (preferred).
