Description

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, strategic account objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and expand relationships within IDNs, health systems, sleep programs, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, physician, procurement, and operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to execute strategic account plans.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account planning records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve customer, operational, and commercial issues.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases and value propositions aligned to customer clinical, operational, and economic goals.
  • Partner with marketing, clinical, reimbursement, and product teams on evaluations, implementations, and account growth.
  • Support sales orientation, training, exhibits, and medical congress activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or sleep medicine.
  • Demonstrated success selling into IDNs, health systems, or strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Ability to independently drive complex sales opportunities to closure.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Experience navigating complex healthcare sales environments with executive, procurement, clinical, and operational stakeholders preferred.
  • Strong initiative and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other organizational applications.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience with an industry-leading CRM or Salesforce.
